Best sleep I’ve had! I work night shift and that tends to really mess up my sleep quality at times. I began using this product as an alternative to melatonin. I’m not gonna lie it took about 4-5 days of use for me to notice the effects; However, after those few days my sleep significantly improved. I’ve been getting better/deeper sleep, I don’t feel groggy when I wake up, and overall feel less stressed. I highly recommend this product for night shift workers, or for people that struggle with staying asleep or have anxiety while sleeping.
I bought your magesium spray at a cart at a local farmers market last fall. With a few squirts to the bottom of feet, the spray had been very helpful in getting a peaceful nights sleep. Then, last week I was having an issue with high blood pressure and used the spray on my feet and temples (for headache). It was a tremendous help with it's calming effect which I believed was helpful in bringing BP down. My headache subsided too. Miracle spray in a bottle. Thank you Care & Company.
I use this spray every day and I swear by it, especially as someone who has had difficulty sleeping through the night. I spray this on my feet right before bed and before I know it, it's morning. I also will spray it on my knees and I've noticed it lessens the aches and pains I feel everyday. I've had a bunch of knee surgeries and am pretty active and this spray keeps me going!
