I use this stuff religiously. I broke my hand years ago and have developed really bad carpal tunnel as a result. As a teacher that is constantly grading papers, usually by hand, my carpal tunnel was becoming a big problem. My wife bought me one of these at a market and I keep it in my desk and rub it on my hand whenever it starts cramping up. After a few minutes, I noticed the pain went away and I can go back to grading. This is a great product for those pesky, tiny joints that are always aching!
