How to Use

Shake before use.

For sleep apply Magnesium Spray to the bottom of the feet nightly. Use 5-20 sprays depending on tolerance.

For muscle cramps or pain, spray directly on problem area. Massage in.

Let air dry for best results. You may notice a slight salt-like mineral residue once solution dries. This is normal. After 20 minutes, the majority of the magnesium will be absorbed and you may rinse it off or leave it on.

For external use only. Not for internal use. Avoid eyes and sensitive areas. Do not apply on freshly shaven skin, open wounds or broken skin.

It is normal to experience a tingling/itching sensation during initial use and and will subside with continued use. (If you feel this itching/tingling sensation this may be a sign that you are deficient in magnesium!) Applying too much magnesium oil at once can intensify the tingling sensation. Take it slow, gradually acclimating your body, especially if you're a first-time user.
